Adding an event to the MHC Ride Calendar is not enough.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MHC REPORT<\/strong> &#8211; deferred until next meeting.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE REPORT<\/strong> (Andy Dunlop and Maura Leahy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deferred until next meeting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEAR END AWARDS COMMITTEE REPORT <\/strong>(Darice Whyte, Shannon Lightfoot and Kelli Hayhurst)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deferred until next meeting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PROMOTIONS COMMITTEE REPORT <\/strong>(Tammy Storie)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deferred until next meeting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JOINT EQUIPMENT COMMITTEE REPORT <\/strong>(Carrie Wilson)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Elizabeth requested that she receive a minimum of one day\u2019s notice prior to picking up equipment as she needs time to go through the equipment from the previous ride to prepare for next ride.<\/li><li>Equipment should be returned in a tidy manner.<\/li><li>The Ribbon tape that was recently purchased isn\u2019t the same as the type that previously purchased.&nbsp; Ribbon is thin and flimsy.<\/li><li>More blue ribbon needs to be made.<\/li><li>When making ribbons, a knot must be tied to the clothespin for easy demarking purposes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PROCEDURES COMMITTEE REPORT<\/strong> (Carrie Wilson, Trish Forde, Maura Leahy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Draft rule book, ride check lists and volunteer job descriptions\/procedures are available and need to be used in order to make modifications.&nbsp; The first official DRM Rule Book will be presented at the 2019 DRM AGM.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CLUB OPERATIONS<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A Fees Table will be created<ul><li>2019 Fees will be the same as 2018.<\/li><li>A correction notice will be issued to reflect the new drug testing fee for AERC rides <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Travel Fund \u2013 deferred until next meeting.<\/li><li>Championship Bid \u2013 deferred to 2020.<\/li><li>Spring Clinic \u2013 Good feedback from attendees.<\/li><li>Volunteer Recruitment \u2013 need to keep recruiting volunteers. &nbsp; Due to the increase in participants and volunteers, a parking attendant is good addition to have.&nbsp; Ride Managers should plan the ride based on 50 riders participating.<\/li><li>Ride \u2018n Tie \u2013 deferred until next season.<\/li><li>Meeting Schedule<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tuesday, July 30 \u2013 location:&nbsp; TBA &#8211;  Check to see if Shannon is available.<ul><li><strong>Wednesday, July 31, 2019 \u2013 Darice\u2019s house at 6pm <\/strong>has been confirmed after email board discussion.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Thursday, October 3 \u2013 Location TBA<\/li><li>Saturday, November 16 \u2013 AGM at Smitty\u2019s Restaurant in Selkirk<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RIDE OPERATIONS<\/strong>&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>BHP Ride \u2013 Fast Flat Forest<ul><li>Good attendance<\/li><li>Following the check lists allow for proper organization (i.e. arranging for water troughs and water truck).<\/li><li>Waiting on RM for ride results.
