          – \u00a0Andy arranged tack sale May 6th at Superior Indoor Arena to include: space rental (bring own table), DRM consignment table, bake sale, BBQ lunch, 50\/50 draw, toonie admission and possible silent auction<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          – \u00a0Kelli to look into DRM clothing in storage (some vintage) and arrange sale of such.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          – \u00a0Kelli to look into ordering new DRM clothing\/accessories but with view of product making money for club (previously sold at cost)<\/p>\n

          Year End Awards:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            – \u00a0Noted that rider\/horse mileage and year end awards for 2022 not on<\/p>\n

            – \u00a0Discussion of Completion ribbons for intros, so they feel are getting<\/p>\n

            something from finishing. Tricia will look into what we need when finished inventory of trailer with Darice<\/p>\n

                – \u00a0Plan to archive riders\/horses who have not competed in last 5 years<\/p>\n

                    – \u00a0Change to allow virtual attendance, vote at next AGM<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    – \u00a0Review of the agenda content for AGM tabled to next meeting<\/p>\n

                    New business:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      – \u00a0Manitoba Horse Trials joint agreement. Was agreed to go ahead with<\/p>\n

                      the joint agreement with MHT as presented with the acknowledgement that AERC and EC day fees would apply to competitors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      – \u00a0Discussion on rider\/horse mileage with two issues: if horse owner is a member but rider is not, does the horse accumulate mileage? (tabled to next meeting) And can rider\/horse get mileage for marking\/demarking as per MTRC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      – \u00a0Motion: Marking and Demarking mileage will count for DRM mileage provided rider is a member Wendy\/Andy passed unanimous<\/p>\n

                      Ride Operations:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        – \u00a0Darice to get BHP permits. Kari\/Kelli coordinate with Folk Fest. Kelli<\/p>\n

                        will continue to contact vets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        – \u00a0Andy agreed to RM first ride, Kelli day manage one day. Ride<\/p>\n

                        managers still needed for remainder of rides<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        – \u00a0Carrie\/Kara to be advised about new ride fees for registration forms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        – \u00a0Carrie to check into possible changes in AERC fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        – \u00a0Carrie to continue sanctioning with AERC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        – \u00a0Placement ribbons tabled til trailer inventory complete<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        – \u00a0Tricia and Darice to inventory trailer in spring tabled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        – \u00a0Spare tire still needed for trailer.<\/p>\n
