  • Discussion regarding low number of memberships, need to send out reminders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    MHC report Christine and Kelli sharing:<\/p>\n

    • council of clubs now meeting every 2 months, either Kelli or Christine will attend, Christine will attend AGM April 20th<\/li>\n
    • Kelli handed out samples of new DRM brochure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Fundraising Report:<\/p>\n

      Tack Sale: 8 spaces reserved so far, Wendy to do 50\\50 license, request to go out for volunteers, Andy given $100 budget for door prize, Blackbird horse rescue to be rebated table fees,\u00a0 Andy\/Wendy to organized bake sale and consignment tables, bbq lunch to be available.<\/p>\n

      • Tricia to get DRM clothing from the trailer and bring to Kelli for the tack sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Kelli to look into ordering new DRM clothing\/accessories but with view of product making money for club (previously sold at cost) plan to use regular supplier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Board members need access (new board not yet able)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Christine to work with Mark to increase use of email for notification as not everyone on facebook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Plan to archive riders\/horses who have not competed in last 5 years as the list was becoming cumbersome<\/li>\n
                • Tricia and Christine to work on correcting 2022 rider\/horse mileage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Facebook:<\/p>\n

                  • Christine will continue to post updates on Facebook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Bylaw review, Policy statements, and Rule Book:<\/p>\n

                    • Christine to review them<\/li>\n
                    • Change to allow virtual attendance, vote at next AGM<\/li>\n
                    • Review of the agenda content for AGM tabled to next meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      • Discussion on rider\/horse mileage with two issues: if horse owner is a member but rider is not, does the horse accumulate mileage? (tabled to next meeting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Ride Operations:<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • Need to have a flexible ride registration cut-off depending on location of ride in order to get ride cards to the ride manager<\/li>\n
                        • Discussion on late registration fees.<\/li>\n
                        • Andy motion that ride registration after midnight Sunday the weekend before the ride incur a $20.00 late fee, Kelli second – passed<\/li>\n
                        • The possibility for walk up registrations tabled for the October ride.<\/li>\n
                        • Tricia and Darice to inventory trailer in spring tabled.<\/li>\n
                        • Spare tire still needed for trailer.<\/li>\n
                        • Offering a volunteer clinic at the Birds Hill Park ride, Carrie and Kelli to organize<\/li>\n
                        • Ride mentors and riding buddy organization tabled to next meeting<\/li>\n
                        • Ride managers still needed for some rides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
