A thank you to MHC for prize donations.<\/li>\n<li>Suzanne will be 2024\/2025 rep with Kelli backup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mileage and Points Report Carrie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Points and mileage is completed for 2024 and announced, needs to be added to the website<\/li>\n<li>Carrie will continue to track of mileage for 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Equipment Inventory and Report Tricia<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Inventory attached<\/li>\n<li>Tricia will continue as Equipment representative and will coordinate with MTRC on joint supplies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Policy Committee Report<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Motion to amend the rule book as follows. In all places (including awards) where refers to open division be changed to Endurance division and in all places (including awards) where refers to novice division be changed to Limited Distance division.
