There are 7 family, 28 individual and 6 student memberships:
membership income $1075.00
Donations for the Team Challenge in Ponoka, Corporate $1500.00,
private $630.00, MHC $520 for registrations

Year End Awards -Darice
Carrie to get results to Darice for embroidery, high mileage to wait as
some members still competing in non-DRM events before Oct 31
Promotional Items – Kelli
Kelli provided inventory of items still available for sale. Lots of water
bottles, limited number of hats and t-shirts. Price list and select inventory to
be in trailer for sale at events.

Need to coordinate adding to member email list as memberships
filled out. Carrie to find way to link memberships taken during ride
renewal so that can get them to fill out membership form

Bylaw review, Policy statements, and Rule Book:
Tricia to have corrections and changes ready for vote at the AGM
New business:
After review of the AERC rules, decided that horses may not leave an
event after vetting in until they are finished with the ride. Still need to review
ability to make control judge designation to allow the vet to leave.
Apparently MHC is allowing recreational memberships to participate
in intro rides as they are non-competitive.
Coggins requirement to remain as voted at previous AGMs. Tricia to
update policy and rules to submit to Mark to be changed on website.
New travel fund not subject to the rules of old travel fund, up to board
how to distribute.
Next meeting is AGM, Nov 2, 2024 at Smitties in Selkirk 0930
2025 meeting schedule to be determined then.

Souris Bend August 3 2024 net profit $512.55
Spruce Woods August 24 2024 net profit $883.10
BHP pop up ride Sept ⅞ 2024 net profit 190.00
Belair Oct 5/6 2024 net loss -$160.66 (not finalized) due to need to
cancel second day because of storm
