Intro Rides – 10/15 Mile – $35

 

Limited Distance – 25-35 Miles – $75*

 

Endurance – 50 Miles – $100*

 

Over 50 Miles – $140*

*includes AERC fees. Non-members of AERC will need to pay a day membership fee based on current AERC policy ($10 USD for 2026).

 

Junior Riders (16 and under) $15.00 per ride – all distances. Junior Riders are required to ride with a sponsor 18 years or older. NCCP# required.

 

Late fee: $20.00 per ride
(Registration within 1 week of ride is considered late. Does not apply when registering horse for 2nd day ride)

 

Elevator Fee (Ride an additional loop for mileage) – Free for 2026

 

NCCP# – Due to changes made by MHC, the NCCP # discount is no longer applied

 

DRM Single – $25 annually (non-member day fee $15.00)

 

DRM Family – $40 annually

 

DRM Student – $15 annually

 

AERC See website (non-member day fee $10 USD for 2026)

 

AERC membership (or non-member fee) required for rides of 25 miles or more.
Manitoba Horse Council Competitive Membership required prior to competition for Manitoba residents.

Proof of insurance from other Provincial Sport Organization is accepted for non-Manitoba residents, and AERC membership will suffice for US residents.

 

Valid Negative Coggins required for rides conducted during tabanid (ex. horsefly) season.

 

Some rides have additional fees such as overnight camping. See individual ride events for details.

 

Ride Fee Refund Policy – A full refund of ride fees shall be available up until the closing date of registration. After this date a refund of 50% of the ride fee shall be issued at any time up to the vet-in for the ride. There will be no refund after the horse has been presented to the vet for the preride vet check. Refunds for subsequent days are at the discretion of the ride manager.
