Vetting in will happen Saturday 27th as the vet has time between MTRC competitors, and a shared potluck will happen at 5:30pm.

Rider meetings will happen at:

50’s – 7:30am and ride out at 8am

25’s – 8am ride out 8:30am

10/15’s – 8:30am ride out 9am

Anyone that still needs vetting in can do so after their meeting.

Awards and prizes will take place after the last 50’s complete. If you must leave earlier, please stop at the ride tent and pick up your rider card and completion or placing ribbon. Huge thank you to GreenHawk and Masterfeeds for their donations.

**Directions to Spruce Woods Provincial Park Equestrian Campsite** USE ACTUAL GPS COORDINATES OF 49.678209, -99.146762 Do not use the automatic one in your device as it may take you to a site across the river! From HWY #1: Turn south at Carberry onto #5 Hwy to Assiniboine river. Cross bridge go about 1km, then Turn left into Kiche Manitu Campground – Spruce Woods and follow the signs to the Equestrian Center 8km. From HWY #2: Turn north on #5 Hwy to Assiniboine River, then Before the bridge turn right into Kiche Manitu Campground – Spruce Woods and follow the signs to the Equestrian Center 8km. The camping fees per night are: Basic Site $20.75 Electrical $24.95 Fees are collected on an honor system.
